This session was extra special because we’ve photographed this family for years. We documented her older brother’s baptism portraits at the very same temple, and now it was little sister’s turn to shine. At 8 years old, she was filled with joy, reverence, and just the right amount of playfulness. Her white dress was beautiful andshe wore it with grace as we walked the temple grounds together.

What to Wear for LDS Baptism Portraits
We recommend wearing simple, classic church clothing. For boys a well fitting suit with a tie is great. For girls, white dresses with a soft silhouette photograph beautifully, especially ones with lace or subtle detail. Comfortable shoes are important, too, as we walk around the temple grounds to capture various angles. Some families also bring a Book of Mormon, a small bouquet, or a cardigan in case the breeze picks up.
