Rock Climbing Cake Smash Theme

Just when we thought we’ve seen every possible cake smash theme, a new one comes along! Baby James is quite the little climber, so it only made sense to build a rock climbing set for his 1st birthday cake smash session. The rock climbing cake smash concept was pretty easy but we got stuck on the background. That is where our very own office manager Dani came in! She is an amazing artist and came up with this beautiful sunset backdrop. Afterward the session, James hopped into our cute bathtub to rinse off the buttercream.

Custom backgrounds need a custom cake!

We can always count on French’s Cupcake Bakery for a unique cake design. The cake designers came up with this cute little mountain cake- complete with a water fall. These cakes are just too gorgeous to smash, right? Happy Birthday James!
