Since 2020, Capturing Carden Hall’s 8th Grade Graduation – Costa Mesa Private School Photographer has been one of the highlights of my year. As a proud Costa Mesa private school, Carden Hall is known for its tight-knit community, excellent academics, and heartfelt traditions. Every time I’m invited to capture this milestone, I’m reminded of just how special this place is.
This year’s graduation was certainly one for the books. California weather isn’t always predictable—even in June! Partway through the ceremony, the rain decided to make an appearance, and they had to pause everything halfway through. But in true Carden Hall fashion, the community came together with grace, flexibility, and smiles. The next morning, we regrouped and the sun came out. I had the privilege of photographing the last part of the graduation—my favorite part.
