Las Ninas Evergreen Ball at the World Famous Beverly Wilshire
We photographed this Debutante Ball back in January at the gorgeous Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. We met these ladies last year at their portrait event in Palos Verdes. This group is such a pleasure to photograph and we were so excited when we found out we would be photographing the Evergreen Ball for them. The young ladies at Las Ninas spend hundreds of hours helping children in need. Las Madrecitas is part of the Charitable Children’s Guild of the Orthopaedic Institute for Children (OIC) in Los Angeles. They work with this charity during all 4 years of high school and all have worked so hard to earn their gold medallion at the ball!
Top notch production!
From the Debutante Ball lighting to the table decor, every detail was carefully planned by the mothers of these young ladies. The Beverly Wilshire Hotel is the perfect venue to host such an occasion. The professional hotel staff took care of the massive crowd of family and friends who came to support these debutantes. The small gifts seen on the tables are always different. Each family decides what to give to their guests. The 10 piece band played hits of the past and present and kept the crowd on their feet for most of the night!
Event Photography
Gilmore Studios have been photographing Debutante Balls in Southern California since 2003. Jennifer Gilmore was a National Charity League debutante in Newport Beach during her teen years and loves working with these young women. Organizing event photography for large groups of people- in a short period of time is no easy task! Thanks to the hundreds of weddings they have photographed over the years, Jennifer and her husband Brian have no problem when it comes to working in a high paced environment.
