Gilmore Studios is excited to be working with SPIRE again for their annual awards dinner.  SPIRE (Stanford Professionals in Real Estate) is a group dedicated  to connecting current students/grads with Stanford alumni in California. Every year, they induct two outstanding real estate professionals/developers to the SPIRE Hall of Fame at The California Club in Los Angeles, CA. We have been lucky enough to be the California Club event photographer for the SPIRE Hall of Fame awards dinner for the past few years now. It’s always fun to work in historic locations in LA.

The California Club is an excellent location for any corporate event. The club was established in 1887 and has banquet rooms available for any size gathering. The club is known for it’s gourmet dining and fine wine collection. The historic club sits in downtown Los Angeles. Gilmore Studios is proud to be a California Club event photographer and is available to photograph your next special occasion in the greater Los Angeles area.

Schedule of events

They start the evening with cocktail hour in the lounge! Family members of the inductees come to honor this lifetime accomplishment with them. Stanford alumni guests can socialize and network with each other while they wait for the festivities to begin. Next, the guests head into the historic grand ballroom for dinner. While they dine, they listen to tributes and speeches about Hall of Famers.

SPIRE also puts together an excellent video for each inductee documenting all of their lifetime accomplishments. The video contains interviews with friends, family members, and other respected professionals in this field. After the videos, the inductees come up to the podium to address the members and receive their awards. Read more about this SPIRE event and it’s inductees.

    Parents ask: What if my child cries with Santa?

    It is completely fine. We take our time, let them warm up, and follow their lead. Some kids jump right in, others are more timid and shy. Both are normal and both make sweet memories.

    This age changes faster than we think. I love sessions like this because kids show exactly who they are in the moment, whether that is silliness, shyness, confidence, or curiosity. If you have been wanting to document this season of life, this is your reminder to make it happen.
