Teddy Bear Picnic Cake Smash Photographer

This was a great session, from the cake, to the outfits, to the cute props! We started out with a more traditional portrait session. Then, we transitioned into a teddy bear picnic themed cake smash, complete with a cool backdrop. And of course, thanks to French’s Cupcake Bakery in Costa Mesa for the amazing bear cake! They went above and beyond to help us make another incredible cake smash. Thanks so much to this little man for being so wonderful for his teddy bear picnic cake smash! He looked so adorable in his little suspenders and bow tie. Again, what a great first birthday portrait session. With his smiles and his laughter particularly, he was a delight for us to shoot from beginning to end! All in all, another terrific cake smash is on the books. We really love how it turned out!

Little Indian Birthday Cake Smash Sessions are done in the studio. All birthday cake smash sets are custom built to the client’s theme or color scheme and include a cake from French’s Cupcake Bakery in Costa Mesa. The Little Indian Cake Smash concept was a collaboration with the client.

It is completely fine. We take our time, let them warm up, and follow their lead. Some kids jump right in, others are more timid and shy. Both are normal and both make sweet memories.
