Flamingo Themed 1st Birthday Photography – Cake Smash

It seems like we just saw Harlow for her 6 month session yesterday! Time goes by so fast, so unfair!! The birthday girl wasn’t feeling so well on her session so mom brought her back for a redo the following week. French’s Cupcake Bakery designed the most amazing pineapple cake for this flamingo themed 1st birthday photography session!

This lady always has the best themes- I always tell her that she needs to be my set designer!

Flamingos and Pineapples, oh my!

It seems that flamingos and pineapples are all the rage right now. Harlow’s mommy had planned the same theme for her birthday party at home, so it was only fitting to model this session to match! She brought most of the props you see from the party she had planned. We ended up creating the background on our Canon Pro-2000 printer. The flamingo themed first birthday party is such a cute idea, that we will need to keep our eyes open for some new props for sure! I have a feeling this won’t be the first Flamingo Themed 1st Birthday session.
